I was almost tempted to believe that the Spyness series was ghosted by a less capable writer, since there is a marked decline in every aspect of craft in the latter. All the other editions (that had this picture for the book image) were all wrong and the latest edition. If you get a chance, take one of Shel's classes. The writings are deeply profound and unlike any book I've ever read. The clever concept is executed with wit, and the design is incredibly charming.
